Welcome to VoiceNote. By accessing or using our application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VoiceNote in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use VoiceNote only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service to create, store, or distribute illegal content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

4. Subscriptions & Payments

VoiceNote offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 7-day free trial for new Pro and Prime subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using VoiceNote. We do not claim ownership of your notes or recordings. VoiceNote, its logo, and all related trademarks are our exclusive property.

6. Limitation of Liability

VoiceNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or profits, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
