3. AI Processing & Data Storage

Your voice recordings are transmitted to our servers and processed by third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) for transcription and text polishing. We do not use your audio data to train AI models. Recordings are deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete. Transcribed text is stored securely in your account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

  • AI service providers solely for the purpose of processing your recordings
  • Law enforcement when required by applicable law

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including end-to-end encryption for data in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
